The 2021 AIA & ICE weekend will take place June 18-19 at Camp Chief Logan in Chapmanville, WV.  This event is open to 2021 Takhonek Lodge youth membership, especially to those interested in the Native American culture within our Council borders. This is truly a Fun weekend filled of fellowship, craftsmanship, and help all our members develop a greater understanding of the Order of the Arrow.

This event begins with registration at the dining hall, on Friday night from 6-7:30 and ends on Saturday at 4:30 pm. Meals are provided beginning with Friday Night cracker barrel and ending with Saturday with lunch.  .All participants will need to provide their own tent for the weekend, unless you are camping with an immediate family member. All participants should bring with them a completed copy of the BSA health form and COVID Temperature Log.

Just to give you an idea of some of our activities we plan to offer at this event, Elangomat Training, Eastern Woodlands clothing, Indian Lore merit badge, Ceremony set up, Ceremony fire building, and more.

The cost for this is $15.

Due to Covid-19 we are limiting this event to 30 youth and staff. Everyone is asked to register online before 11:59 pm on June 15,2021. There will be no exceptions or onsite registration.  This fee includes one of the event flaps, materials for craftwork, and meals. There will be a trading post open with patches and other items available.
